Job summary

The Advocate Healthcare Center of East Boston is seeking a strong and dedicated Social Services Director to lead our social services team. This role reports to the new management team and is based at our East Boston facility.

Responsibilities include planning, evaluating, implementing and directing all social services activities, ensuring compliance with guidelines and regulations, and coordinating admission and discharge planning options for residents.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience and people management skills preferred.
• MSW or LICSW degree preferred for the role.
• Experience in social services within long-term care is beneficial.
