Advocate Healthcare Center of East Boston is seeking a Director of Social Services (SSD) to lead the social services department in a compassionate, patient-centered setting. The role focuses on planning, evaluating, implementing and directing department activities in compliance with regulations.

The SSD will coordinate admission/discharge planning and ensure access to high-quality social services within a Long-Term Care context.
