Valley Health System is seeking a social worker to engage patients and families, identify psycho-social needs, and coordinate safe plans of care. You will educate, counsel, and refer as indicated, while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team and community resources to support PFCC.

The role requires an MSW from an accredited program and New Jersey licensure (LSW or LCSW). Strong communication and time-management skills are essential in this dynamic hospital setting.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in social work from an accredited program.
