Job summary

Eyas Landing - Avondale is seeking a clinic-based Social Worker (LSW, LPC, LCPC, LCSW) to work with children ages 6-14 in a fully integrated educational and therapeutic program.

You will support neurodiversity-affirming care, focusing on social skills, self-esteem, and coping strategies within a multidisciplinary team. Regular hours are Monday–Friday, with predictable daytime scheduling and onsite parking.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Social Work is required.
• Active Illinois Social Work License through IDFPR is required.
• Experience providing social work services to children with autism or other neurodevelopmental differences preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized and therapeutic rotations.
• Collaborate daily with occupational, physical and speech therapists.
• Document progress and communicate with families to support continuity of care.

Chicago, IL | Clinic-Based | Predictable Monday–Friday, 8am-4:30 PM schedule - No Evenings or Weekends.

Compensation & Benefits

• Total Compensation Package: Valued between $74,000-$87,000.
• Annual Salary: $60,000–$70,000, based on experience and qualifications.
• Annual Increases: Annual merit-based increases.
