Description:This position may float between units.Some weekend work may be required as needed.The expected patient ratio is 1:15.Candidates must have a valid LCSW license.Providers will work with interdisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care.Documentation must reflect understanding of care plans and patient needs.Providers are required to participate in care conference activities.Knowledge of cultural issues and varied patient populations is essential.Medication assistance experience is also important.Candidates will facilitate discharge planning and crisis intervention.Experience with psychiatric disorders is necessary.Working with high-risk patients and vulnerable populations will be expected.All candidates must submit references from prior positions.Candidates may be asked to float between nearby facilities as needed.Communication devices will be provided for the assignment.Candidates are expected to cooperate with all facility protocols and policies.
