Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Social Work from an accredited school of social work with or without experience depending on degree.
• Master's degree in social work with related experience accepted.
• Driver's license may be required by the county.

Responsibilities

• Assess needs of individuals and families.
• Interview clients and collect social, medical, and family information.
• Determine eligibility for financial assistance and referrals.
• Provide counseling in individual and group settings.
• Refer clients to community resources and assist with paperwork.
