Role Responsibilities

• Provide direct social-emotional support to students primarily in 30-minute sessions
• Manage a caseload of approximately 30 students with IEP/504 plans, with potential for a small increase based on ongoing evaluations
• Deliver services in accordance with students IEP/504 requirements, coordinating 2-4 sessions per month for 14 students (minimum 14 hours monthly), and 1-2 sessions per month for 16 students (minimum 8 hours monthly)
• Support students ranging from kindergarten through high school, with the majority in elementary grades
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to develop and implement strategies for student success
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for each student session and progress report
