Job summary

She1011Sphs is seeking a part-time Social Worker/Counselor to support the Child & Adolescent Service Line. You will determine your schedule with flexibility of at least 4 weekday day shifts and 2 weekend shifts each month.

Primary tasks include completing psychosocial assessments for newly admitted patients and providing a wide range of social work services to an assigned caseload in support of treatment plan goals, group programming and discharge plans.

Qualifications

• Experience with psychosocial assessments preferred.
• Experience with child/adolescent populations a plus.

Job description

This position is for those seeking part-time work a few days during the week and the weekend. The employee will be able to determine their schedule with some flexibility of at least 4 weekday (daytime) shifts each month and 2 weekend shifts each month.

As a Social Worker/Counselor your primary task will be to complete psychosocial assessments for newly admitted patients. You may also be required to provide a wide range of social work services to an assigned caseload of patients on the Child & Adolescent Service Line in support of established treatment plan goals, group programming and discharge plans.
