Department: Partial Hospitalization Psych Unit

Schedule: Days, M-F, 8am-4:30pm

Facility: Prime Healthcare Mercy Medical

Location: Aurora, IL 60506

Qualifications: LCPC or LSCW is required for this position.

Responsibilities

Provide emotional support, crisis intervention, counseling, information and referral, and referrals for financial assistance and supportive services to patients and families dealing with treatment-related problems, illness, disability, or trauma. Perform case management and milieu management, complete psychosocial assessments, assist in developing and re-evaluating Treatment Plans, collaborate as part of an interdisciplinary team, coordinate discharge planning, and maintain comprehensive documentation and clinical records for each client during their stay.

Qualifications

Education, Experience, and Training:

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field.
• Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor, or a related field is preferred.
• Current registration as an intern with the appropriate Board, based on education and licensing requirements.
• Current BLS certification upon hire, with ongoing maintenance.
• Minimum of one (1) year inpatient or outpatient behavioral health experience preferred.

The estimated total compensation range for this role is $28.42 to $41.17 per hour, with the final offer based on factors such as experience, education, credentials, and licensure.
