Easterseals of Southeast Pennsylvania is seeking a Social Worker to provide services in our Philadelphia Early Intervention and Preschool Special Education programs.
The Social Worker will:
Support families in navigating community and educational services, ensuring they have access to resources and supports.
Manage new referrals and the intake process to help families begin services smoothly.
Provide social work services that address family needs and strengthen the home-school connection.
Participate on IEP teams as needed, contributing expertise to service planning and family support.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including teachers, therapists, and administrators to promote holistic child and family outcomes.
Advocate for families to ensure continuity of care and equal access to community supports.

Requirements
Master’s Degree in Social Work (MSW) required.
Pennsylvania Social Work license (LSW or LCSW) preferred.
Experience with early childhood, special education, or disability services strongly preferred.
Strong communication and family engagement skills.
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
