Qualifications

• MSW required.

Responsibilities

• Support families in navigating community and educational services and ensure access to resources.
• Manage referrals and intake to help families begin services smoothly.

• Participate on IEP teams to contribute to service planning and family support.
• Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and administrators to promote holistic child and family outcomes.
