Job description

Unit Details:Social Worker will collaborate with RN Case Managers, physicians, patients, families, and community agencies to support safe, effective discharge planning and care coordination.
Healthcare Professionals must satisfy any required credentialing items before traveling to a strike. USN will prioritize booking travel arrangements for Healthcare Professionals with a complete file. If you arrive on-site with missing or outstanding items, you may not be eligible to work the strike.
