Job summary

Ingenovis Health, in collaboration with Riverspan and UK King’s Daughters, seeks a Social Work RN to develop, implement, and evaluate patient care plans. You will combine social work with case management to provide medical and non-medical support while coordinating with care teams.

You will need 1-2 years of relevant experience and an active nursing license in the US; additional facility-specific certifications may be required. This role emphasizes compassionate, proactive care delivery.
