Job summary

Ampersand Therapy is seeking a School Social Worker for an elementary school setting near Arvada, CO. You will provide individual and group counseling, support mental health and social-emotional development, and collaborate with families and school teams to help students thrive.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) or related field.
• Valid Colorado CDE Special Services Provider license with School Social Worker endorsement (or eligibility by start date).
• Strong communication, collaboration, and crisis response skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and group counseling to support student mental health and social-emotional development.
• Participate in IEP, MTSS, and student support team meetings.
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and related service providers to support students.
• Assist in developing and implementing intervention plans and safety planning.
• Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant documentation.
