Job summary

Ampersand Therapy LLC is hiring a full-time School Social Worker for a K–12 Windsor, CO school. You will provide individual and group counseling, participate in IEP/MTSS processes, and collaborate with teachers, families, and service providers to support student mental health and attendance.

You will join a therapist-owned team that values mentorship and ongoing professional growth, offering W-2 employment, benefits, and licensure reimbursement. August 2026 start date with a 1.0 FTE schedule.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) or related field.
• Valid Colorado CDE Special Services Provider license with School Social Worker endorsement (or eligibility by start date).
• Strong communication, collaboration, and crisis response skills.
• School-based experience preferred, not required.
• Passion for supporting students’ mental health and well-being.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and group counseling to support student social-emotional development.
• Support crisis intervention, de-escalation, and safety planning as needed.
• Participate in IEP, MTSS, and student support team meetings.
• Conduct assessments related to social-emotional and behavioral needs.
