HSHS in Illinois and Wisconsin seeks a Nursing Leader in Administration for St. Mary’s Hospital in Decatur, IL. This full-time role (40 hrs/wk, day shift) centers on patient care excellence within a 13-hospital system.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (Master’s preferred) with at least 5 years of nursing experience and 3 years in leadership. Current RN license and BLS required.

Pay Range: $58.51 - $87.76 A successful candidate's actual pay rate will be based on several factors including relevant experience, skills, training, certifications and education.

Education Qualifications

Certifications, Licenses and Registrations

Licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of practice is required. Wisconsin: RNs may practice with a valid multi-state RN license as outlined in the Nurse Licensure Compact rules. Basic Life Support (BLS) is required.
