Job summary

Becker County seeks a dedicated Case Manager to work with individuals who have developmental disabilities and receive county, state, or federally funded services. You will develop, implement, and monitor detailed service plans to coordinate goals, services, and resources for each client.

You will educate clients, families, and community partners about available programs, maintain thorough documentation, and ensure timely case records and deadlines are met.

Qualifications

• Valid Minnesota Driver's License.
• Bachelor’s degree in social work/psychology/sociology or closely related field.
• Or bachelor’s degree in any field with one year social work experience.
