Job summary

San Bernardino County's Performance, Education & Resource Centers (PERC) seeks a Training and Development Specialist to design and deliver training for social work professionals within CFS. You will build curricula, lesson plans, and training materials and coordinate schedules with CFS and the regional training academy.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Social Work or related field and three years of experience; a Master’s degree with two years can substitute.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work or related Behavioral Science required.
• Three years of full-time Social Work experience in California child welfare desirable.
• Master's degree with two years' professional social work experience can substitute for one year of CFS experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver training programs for social work professionals.
• Conduct training needs assessments and evaluate trainings.
• Prepare and coordinate training schedules in collaboration with CFS and the regional training academy.
