The Education Program Clinical Supervisor provides clinical and administrative supervision to lower level social workers and allied clinical staff, fulfills administrative responsibilities assigned by the Chief of Clinical Services, and collaborates with other professional staff to formulate and provide appropriate care for children/adolescents with severe emotional and behavioral disorders. The purpose of this position is to supervise, administer, and direct the clinical services that social workers are providing to clients/families within the agency.
School Social Workers must possess three semester hours of special education coursework and possess a certificate from the Maryland Board of Education in School Social Work as per COMAR 13A.12.04.11.
