Health and Human Services Commission in San Antonio, TX seeks a Social Work Supervisor to lead the hospital's social work program. You will supervise Social Workers, review assessments and discharge plans, and coordinate with care teams to address psychosocial needs.

Experience in mental health social work and supervisory roles is essential; licensure as MSW or LCSW is required. Telework is not offered for this position; travel up to 5% may be required.

Qualifications

• Licensed MSW or LCSW required for initial screening.
• Three years’ experience including direct work with mental, social or substance use disorders.
• One year supervising social services work.

Responsabilités

• Oversee social work program and ensure updated policies annually.
• Supervise social workers and manage workload and training.
• Review social assessments, discharge plans, and treatment plans.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and community resources.
• Ensure compliance with care standards and quality improvement.
