Qualifications

• Licensure or provisional licensure as a Social Worker and one year journey level experience equivalent to Social Worker II.
• Ability to supervise a unit, manage performance, scheduling, and disciplinary actions.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the Social Work Outreach team and evaluate staff performance.
• Conduct case reviews and audits to ensure policy compliance.
• Develop and implement client case plans with cross-agency collaboration.
• Coordinate services with state agencies, community orgs and providers.
• Provide crisis intervention and safety planning when needed.
• Organize MDT meetings for protective services planning.
• Document case activities and maintain histories.
• Train and mentor junior social workers and support staff.
