Job summary

UNLV Health seeks a Supervisor/Coordinator to lead a team of case managers, provide training, and advise the program manager on hiring, advancement, and progressive discipline. The coordinator will also maintain a caseload with similar responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree from an accredited four-year college or university is required.
• Licensed as a social worker (any level), RN, or counselor; or a Masters degree is preferred.
• Five or more years of case management experience.
• Strong engagement, treatment planning, networking, and service delivery skills.
• Valid drivers license and ability to transport clients if needed.
• Maintain auto insurance with Mojave as additional insured; business use on policy during course of employment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, direct, and train a team of case managers.
• Provide guidance to the program manager on hiring, advancement, and discipline.
• Maintain a caseload with the same responsibilities as case managers.
• Ensure compliance with administrative protocols and professional conduct.
