Job summary

RiseWell Community Services in Patchogue, NY is seeking a compassionate Program Supervisor (LMSW) to join our Crisis Residence team. You will complete intakes and discharges and provide direct clinical support to residents. The role supports the Associate Director in managing a 24-hour intensive crisis residence.

Full-time schedule Tuesday to Saturday, 7am-3pm. This position requires a Master’s in Social Work and NYS LMSW license, plus at least one year of experience with mental health

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Social Work and NYS LMSW license.
• Minimum 1 year experience with mental health population.
• Clean valid NY State Driver’s License.
• Fingerprinting, criminal record check, approval from NYS Office of Mental Health.
