Job summary

Qualifications

• Knowledge of behavioral management techniques.
• Ability to lead and manage small groups or individual programs.
• Proficiency in classroom management to keep programs ready.
• Strong interpersonal skills to work with youth, families and staff.

Responsibilities

• Apply EPAS core social work competencies to programs.
• Assist with managing behavioral challenges.
• Provide individual homework and tech support.
• Ensure program readiness with coordinators and supervisors.
• Engage members during physical activities for healthy development.
• Attend supervision meetings with the DSWIV.
