Qualifications

• Requires current registration as Social Work Assistant as issued by State of Ohio Counselor, Social Worker & Marriage & Family Therapist Board.
• Experience with client-centered social work is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic social services and refer clients to community resources.
• Assess client needs for medical, financial, and housing assistance and track progress.
• Maintain data in the case management system and prepare reports.
