University Behavioral Associates (UBA) at Montefiore Medical Center in Bronx, New York, is seeking a dedicated and organized individual with a bachelor's or master's degree and experience in social services to serve as a case planner for the Family Treatment & Rehabilitation specialized preventive program funded by the NYC Administration for Children’s Services (ACS).
This community-based, family-centered program collaborates closely with parents, children, and providers (including ACS) to support families in focusing on child safety and well-being. The case planner will primarily engage with families through home and school visits, as well as other community contacts.
Montefiore Medical Center is the largest employer in the Bronx, with over 200 locations including 11 hospitals. UBA is part of Montefiore’s Department of Psychiatry, a national leader in empirically supported treatments. We offer a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits.
