Job summary

Stylecraft Builders in Bryan/College Station, TX is seeking a part-time Social Video Producer & Editor to create and edit short-form videos for social channels. You’ll work directly with the CEO to build a growing content platform and portfolio that showcases behind-the-scenes business, leadership, and homebuilding insights.

This role focuses on hands-on shooting, editing, and content strategy, with flexible hours around a student schedule and room to grow into larger opportunities.

Qualifications

• Have experience creating or editing short-form video content.
• Understand what makes videos perform well on TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, or similar platforms.
• Are comfortable filming in real-world environments.
• Have strong communication skills and aren’t afraid to ask questions.
• Are reliable, organized, and able to work independently.
• Can balance the role with your school schedule.

Responsibilities

• Join Doug on-site at communities, job sites, events, meetings, and other day‑to‑day activities.
• Capture high‑quality vertical video for social media platforms.
• Shoot candid moments, B‑roll, and behind‑the‑scenes content.
• Edit engaging short‑form content using CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar software.
• Add captions, hooks, graphics, transitions, and pacing that keep viewers engaged.
• Deliver polished videos within agreed‑upon timelines.
• Organize footage and create a collection of videos and photos that can be used across multiple platforms.

What You’ll Be Doing

Content Creation

Creative Collaboration

• Help brainstorm content ideas and trending topics.
• Suggest hooks, angles, and storytelling ideas.
• Stay up to date on social media trends and best practices.

Build the Content Library

• Organize footage and create a collection of videos and photos that can be used across multiple platforms.

Location: Bryan/College Station, TX (In Person)

Schedule: Flexible around school. Typically one shoot day (Friday's) per week plus editing time.
