Job summary

4LegsGood, a Detroit-based growth and creative studio, seeks a hands-on creator to shape social content across brands. You’ll concept, shoot, edit, and refine videos, captions, and scripts with an editor’s eye for craft and strategy.

You’ll collaborate with strategists and designers while owning the end-to-end content cycle. You’ll be a maker who stays ahead of platform trends, writes clearly, and thrives with autonomy in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to turn briefs into short-form content for multiple brands.

Responsibilities

• Concept and develop creative ideas for social content across reels and TikTok formats.
• Shoot content with intention using phone video, focusing on lighting and composition.
• Edit quickly to produce polished, platform-ready assets while keeping brand voice consistent.
• Write captions and scripts with personality and clarity.
• Track platform trends and propose data-informed content strategies.
• Publish and schedule posts using Sprout Social or Meta, manage calendars and deadlines.
• Collaborate with creators and internal teams, assist with sourcing and briefs.
