WITHIN in Mexico City is seeking a hands-on Social Video Editor to craft engaging short-form content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and emerging platforms. You will collaborate with designers, strategists, and producers to deliver scroll-stopping videos that align with client goals.

The role focuses on pacing, typography, motion graphics, and platform-native edits, with multiple aspect ratios and versions.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of professional editing experience, ideally in digital marketing or agency environments.
• Strong proficiency in Premiere Pro and After Effects for motion graphics and typographic animation.
• Familiarity with TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and Capcut features.

Responsibilities

• Edit and deliver engaging short-form videos optimized for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other social platforms.
• Create dynamic motion graphics, typography animations, and visual effects to enhance social content.
• Repurpose existing footage into platform-specific edits reflecting trends and campaign goals.
• Stay on top of cultural and platform trends, integrating music, memes, and editing techniques.
• Create multiple versions and aspect ratios (9:16, 1:1, 16:9) to fit platform requirements.
• Collaborate with Creative Leads and Account Managers to ensure deliverables meet standards.
• Ensure accuracy in timing, captions, graphics, and sound across all assets.
