Job summary

PMI seeks a Creator & Social Video Producer to develop engaging, social-first content across PMI’s organic and paid channels. This hands-on role will own the creative process from concept to delivery, scripting, shooting, editing, and versioning for video, photography, motion, and static assets.

You’ll serve as a primary on-site content creator at PMI events, crafting platform-native content for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and more while maintaining PMI’s brand voice and accessibility

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in a relevant field.
• 5–7 years creating social-first content and short-form video for brands or agencies.
• Portfolio showing concepting, shooting, on-camera storytelling, editing, and delivery.
• Experience capturing live events, interviews, and rapid-turn assets.
• Experience collaborating with stakeholders and external partners.
• Creator-first mindset with strong hooks, pacing, and concise storytelling.
• Proficiency with mobile and professional video production and editing tools.
• Ability to create and export brand-aligned graphics using Adobe/Canva tools.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end development of trend-led social content and UGC-style assets.
• Concept, film, photograph, and edit high-quality short-form video across platforms.
• Serve as primary on-site content creator at PMI events and interviews.
• Plan event coverage with stakeholders and publish timely content.
• Create platform-native content for TikTok, Reels, Shorts, LinkedIn, and more.
• Write captions, headlines, scripts, and calls-to-action in PMI’s brand voice.
• Create and export branded graphics using approved templates and assets.
• Monitor platform trends and translate insights into concepts.
• Improve content performance through hooks, pacing, and formats.
• Build repeatable content series and an always-on content pipeline.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate briefs into executions.
• Document learnings and apply them to future content.
• Organise and manage footage, releases, and final assets with proper archival practices.
• Manage multiple productions and communicate status and risks.
• Utilize AI tools responsibly to improve ideation and efficiency while ensuring quality.
