Job summary

Little Dot Studios in Los Angeles seeks a Content Manager to oversee a digital content library, assist post production and social video teams, and help with tagging, time codes, and logging. The role supports copywriting, basic design, and channel maintenance across platforms including YouTube.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in social media or digital marketing, strong knowledge of video storage and post production workflows, and a proactive, team-oriented attitude for a dynamic startup

Qualifications

• 2+ years in social media or related digital marketing.
• Strong knowledge of YouTube and other platforms (TikTok, Instagram, X, Facebook).
• Excellent knowledge of video storage systems.
• Familiarity with video codecs and post production workflows.
• Ability to adapt to new processes quickly.
• Experience producing social video (timecodes) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage content libraries for one or more channels with proper labeling.
• Pull time codes and scene selects for compilations and edits.
• Optimize social content for distribution across channels.
• Provide creative support including copywriting, graphic design, video editing, producing and publishing.
• Support the social video services department.
