Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
Excellent knowledge of YouTube and social media platforms.
Basic understanding of YouTube and social media analytics.
Proficiency with Photoshop to create thumbnails.
Strong knowledge of video formats, compression, and audio/video sync.
Familiarity with CMS for video platforms (bonus).
Excellent attention to detail and proofreading.
Team player with flexible attitude; startup environment.
Proficiency in other languages is a bonus.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain YouTube channels with thumbnails and engaging titles/descriptions.
Grow audience and understand content types that keep them engaged.
Manage community features on YouTube, including images, GIFs and posts.
Write copy for YouTube posts with editorial voice and tone.
Use YouTube analytics to inform channel decisions.
Manage materials library and follow edit processes.
