Job summary

Little Dot Studios in Los Angeles is seeking a Content Manager to lead the Social Video Services team by managing digital content libraries, pulling time codes for compilations, and optimizing content for distribution across social platforms. You will support copywriting, graphic design, and video editing for social channels.

Requirements include 2+ years in social media or related digital marketing, strong knowledge of YouTube and major platforms, and experience with video storage systems and

Qualifications

• 2+ years of social media and/or related digital marketing experience.
• Good knowledge of YouTube and social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, X, and Facebook).
• Excellent knowledge of video storage systems.
• Good working knowledge of video codecs and post production workflows.
• Ability to adapt to new processes and workflows quickly.
• Some knowledge of the YouTube and Facebook content management system and other video platforms (bonus).
• Experience producing social video (timecodes).
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to proof-check your own work.
• Team player with a hard‑working flexible attitude, a good sense of humour and an interest in working in a dynamic start-up environment.
• Proficiency in other languages (bonus).

Responsibilities

• Managing content libraries for one or more channels, ensuring the files are labelled with correct naming conventions and organized efficiently.
• Pulling time codes and scene selects for compilation and social video edits.
• Optimization of social content to prep it for distribution across social channels.
• Creative support for social pages or channels including copywriting, graphic design, video editing, producing, and publishing.
• General support for the social video services department
