Qualifications

• Current licensure issued by the Ohio Department of Education.
• Possession of or in the process of applying for Reading Endorsement or Praxis 5203.
• Be flexible in your work schedule and attend professional development sessions.
• Be willing to serve on teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop lesson plans and materials and provide individualized and small group instruction.
• Use multiple approaches to meet diverse learning needs.
• Engage in hands-on, creative, innovative approaches to learning.
• Identify and build on student strengths.
• Support academic, behavioral and emotional programming.
• Conduct ongoing assessments and monitor progress.
• Evaluate and grade student work.
• Maintain class records and progress reports.
