Minimum qualifications:

  • Have the ability to creatively assist students who are faced with significant personal or learning challenges to increase students' achievement and morale
  • Be competent in all areas of Ohio Graduation Assessments
  • Be committed to ongoing professional learning and growth
  • Be willing to use technology effectively in the classroom
  • Be willing and able to team with colleagues and college faculty

    The Early College Academy is a charter school sponsored by the Education Service Center of Central Ohio, whose mission is to engage disenfranchised students, low income youth, first-generation college goers, English language learners, students of color, and other young people underrepresented in higher education in a curriculum that will enable them to simultaneously earn a high school diploma and an associate's degree or up to two years of credit towards a bachelor's degree, tuition free.

    Early College Academy is on a 4 day work week, Monday - Thursday. Fridays are optional opportunity to work for additional pay by tutoring students, contacting parents/guardians/foster parents. This is an opportunity to work on assignments, career counseling, and to close the academic gap.

  • Undergraduate Certificate degree preferred.
