Job summary

Danone USA seeks a social analyst to support strategic storytelling for brands on social and in culture, including content strategy, trend-hunting, and performance reporting.

You will plan influencer and social content, manage calendars, and collaborate with agencies to deliver creative assets. The role includes social listening, trend reporting, and optimization across paid, owned, and earned channels.

Qualifications

• 1-4 years of relevant experience in social media marketing.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Marketing or equivalent.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute influencer and social content including briefing, concepting, partnering with external agencies, reviewing and scheduling.
• Be a student of culture with social listening, trend reporting and deciding conversations to join.
• Manage organic and paid content calendars ensuring alignment with brand voice and objectives.
• Hands-on with creative tasks: pitching ideas, writing post copy, commenting from brand handles, repurposing content, creating memes.
• Deploy paid social campaigns with media agency to traffic creative and brief ad-hoc boosts.
• Analyze performance of social strategies against objectives and KPIs and optimize for better results.
