Job summary

Danone North America, LLC is seeking a Social Analyst to support strategic storytelling for brands on social and in culture. You will handle content strategy, planning, trend-hunting, and performance reporting while collaborating with internal creative teams.

You will plan influencer and social content, monitor culture trends, manage content calendars, and work hands-on with post creation and paid support with a media agency. This hybrid role reports to the Marketing team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Marketing, or equivalent with strong Social Media knowledge and experience.
• 1-4 years of relevant experience in social media marketing.
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms, publishing tools, and analytics solutions.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute influencer and social content including briefing, concepting, partnering with external agencies, reviewing and scheduling.
• Be a student of culture. Responsible for social listening, trend reporting and deciding what conversations our brands should join.
• Responsible for organic and paid content calendars, ensuring content aligns with brand voice and objectives.
• Be hands-on with creative tasks: pitching ideas, writing post copy, proactively comment from brand handles, leveraging existing content to make assets, creating memes, etc.
• Deploy paid social campaigns collaboratively with media agency to traffic creative and brief ad-oc social boosts.
• Analyze performance of social strategies against objectives and KPIs, including content, influencer, paid media and optimize efforts to improve results.

We are looking to hire a social analyst to join our internal creative team. This role supports strategic storytelling for specific brands on social and in culture including content strategy, content planning, trend-hunting and performance reporting.

The salary range for this position is $70,000 - $80,000 USD. The exact salary offered will depend on several factors, including the candidate's relevant experience, geographic location, internal equity, and market conditions. This role is considered a "hybrid" position that allows for flexible work, meaning it is a role where collaboration with key stakeholders in Danone Hubs occurs. While you may have the option to work from home on a schedule as agreed to with your supervisor, you are also expected to regularly report to your assigned office location at least 3 days per week.

FUNCTIONAL AND LEADERSHIP SKILL REQUIREMENTS

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage content calendars, scheduling, and publishing across platforms.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with internal teams and agency partners.
• Ability to analyze social performance data and translate findings into actionable insights and recommendations.
• Strong attention to detail and project management skills to ensure accurate and timely execution.
• Working knowledge of social media platforms, publishing tools, and analytics solutions.
• Proactive mindset with the ability to identify optimization opportunities and share relevant cultural and platform trends.

INDICITIVE EXPERIENCE

• Years of Experience: 1-4 years of relevant experience in social media marketing
• Educational Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Marketing, or equivalent with strong Social Media knowledge and experience
