Danone North America Medical Nutrition seeks a senior social strategist to lead portfolio social strategy, content direction, and audience development across YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok. You will design channel strategies and campaigns that drive engagement and near-term sales.

This role supports remote work across the US with hybrid options; expects 7+ years in the field, live event coverage, content capture, and platform-native editing experience.

Formación

• 7+ years in social media content strategy and production across multiple platforms.
• Experience leading live social coverage for conferences, events, launches or cultural moments.
• Experience capturing social-first content at professional brand shoots.
• Experience editing platform-native video with Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, Premiere Pro.
• Portfolio showing at least three integrated campaigns with content planned, captured, edited and produced by you.

Responsabilidades

• Define portfolio social strategy and channel roles.
• Lead content planning frameworks and audience engagement strategies for campaigns.
• Develop and produce long-form and short-form social storytelling content across YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok.
• Identify cultural trends and participation opportunities.
• Establish measurement frameworks and performance benchmarks.
• Collaborate with Community team and agency partners on social campaigns.
• Manage content creation vendors and capture at events when appropriate.
• Report on organic social performance to cross-functional partners.
