Job summary

ClickUp seeks a senior social strategist to own the platform-native approach across X, LinkedIn, TikTok, and emerging channels. You will design voice, formats, and engagement tactics, then build AI-driven workflows to automate and optimize distribution at scale.

You’ll develop content and engagement strategies, track performance, and iterate based on data. The role requires deep platform fluency, data-driven decision making, and collaboration with creators and brand teams.

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years in social media strategy with platform-native content and engagement expertise.
• 2+ years building AI-powered systems to scale social execution; simple AI draft is not enough.
• Technical fluency with APIs, automation platforms, and deploying integrations without engineering.

Responsibilities

• Own platform-native social strategy across X, LinkedIn, TikTok, and emerging channels.
• Develop and execute content and engagement strategies to drive growth in reach and engagement.
• Identify trends, conversations, and cultural moments worth engaging with and capitalize on them.
• Build AI-powered systems and automated workflows for monitoring, engagement, and content distribution.
• Create feedback loops between social data and strategy to iterate on what gets made and how it’s distributed.
• Own proactive engagement and automate responses while escalating high-value conversations to humans.
• Develop end-to-end execution from strategy through measurement with clear accountability.
• Partner with content creators, influencer team, and brand to amplify work.
• Establish and report on social growth KPIs with clear attribution.
