Job summary

ClickUp is hiring a Staff Social Strategy & Operations Manager to own and scale our social strategy across major platforms. You’ll build AI-powered workflows to automate posting, engagement, and distribution, ensuring consistent growth and measurable impact.

You’ll translate data into action, iterating rapidly and aligning with brand goals. You’ll partner with content creators and the influencer team to amplify work, while establishing dashboards and growth KPIs to drive results for the brand

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years in social media strategy with platform-native expertise.
• Proven growth track record across X, LinkedIn, TikTok and others.
• Strong editorial instinct and streaming content sense.
• 2+ years building AI-powered workflows to scale social execution.

Responsibilities

• Own platform-native social strategy across X, LinkedIn, TikTok and emerging channels.
• Develop and execute content and engagement strategies for growth.
• Identify trends and capitalise on cultural moments quickly.
• Build AI-powered systems for monitoring, engagement, and distribution.
• Create feedback loops between performance data and strategy.
• Engage conversations using AI-powered monitoring and automated responses.
• Develop systems for automated engagement with escalation for high-value topics.
• Own end-to-end execution from strategy to measurement.
• Partner with content creators, influencer team, and brand.
• Establish and report on social growth KPIs with clear attribution.
