Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree plus 2–4 years of experience.
Agency Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Counseling or related field and two years of experience with individuals with disabilities.
Strong written and verbal communication skills required.
Ability to prioritize, plan and provide timely services.

Responsibilities

Monitor all approved services to meet the individual’s current needs.
Conduct quarterly home visits and monthly telephone contacts with individuals served.
Ensure personal care attendants (PCAs) meet basic competencies and review payroll.
Must be able to travel within assigned area.
