AVIR Health Group is seeking a qualified Social Services Director to join our family. The role is resident-focused, a team builder, and excited about building a facility culture, with responsibilities including assisting in admissions and the referral process.

Formación

• Master’s degree in social work required.
• Minimum two years of experience working in geriatrics.
• Valid driver’s license and licensure required.
• Experience with nursing homes preferred.

• Assist with resident admissions and the referral process.
