AVIR Health Group is seeking a qualified Social Services Director to join our family and lead resident-centered services. The role focuses on supporting emotional well-being for residents and families, building a cohesive team, and improving admissions and referrals.

The ideal candidate will hold a Master’s in social work, have at least two years in geriatrics, possess a valid driver’s license, and hold licensure. Nursing home experience is preferred as part of a supportive corporate environment.
