Job summary

AVIR Health Group is seeking a qualified Social Services Director to join our family-oriented facility in Texas. The role focuses on addressing the emotional needs of residents and their families while assisting with admissions and referrals. You will also help cultivate a supportive, team-driven culture within the facility.

Qualified candidates have a Master’s in social work, at least two years in geriatrics, a valid driver’s license, and licensure. Nursing home experience is preferred.
