You will be responsible for addressing the emotional needs of residents and families and will assist with admissions and referrals. We value leadership and collaboration as you guide a team, improve resident experiences, and advocate for high-quality social services within the community.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work.
• Two years of geriatrics experience.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Licensure required.
• Nursing home experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide services to respond to the emotional needs of residents and their families.
• Assist with resident admissions and the referral process.
• Support facility culture and resident well-being.
