AVIR Health Group is seeking a qualified Social Services Director to join our family and lead resident-centered social services.

You will respond to the emotional needs of residents and their families, assist with admissions and the referral process, and help build a compassionate facility culture. The role requires licensure and a background in geriatrics, with a driver’s license and a Master’s degree in social work.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work.
• Two years of geriatrics experience.
• Valid Driver’s license.
• Licensure required.
• Previous experience with Nursing Homes preferred.
