AVIR Health Group is seeking a Social Services Director to lead and build a compassionate care program for our residents and their families. You will be responsible for addressing emotional needs, guiding admissions, and managing referrals to ensure smooth transitions.

The role requires a Master’s in social work, at least two years in geriatrics, and licensure. A driver’s license is required and nursing home experience is preferred. We offer competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.
