AVIR Health Group is seeking a qualified Social Services Director to join our family. The role focuses on addressing the emotional needs of residents and families while supporting admissions and referrals. You will lead a team, foster a supportive culture, and collaborate with leadership to enhance resident experiences.

The ideal candidate holds a Master’s in social work, has geriatrics experience, a valid driver’s license, and licensure. Nursing home experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work.
• Two years of experience working in geriatrics.
• Valid Driver’s license.
• Licensure required.
• Previous experience with Nursing Homes preferred.
