AVIR Health Group is seeking a qualified Social Services Director to join our family. The primary purpose of your job is to be responsible for providing services to respond to the emotional needs of the residents and their families. You will also assist with resident admissions and the referral process.

We value a resident-focused leader who can build a strong team and foster a positive facility culture, with licensure and geriatrics experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work.
• Two years of experience working in geriatrics.
• Valid Driver’s license.
• Licensure required.
• Previous experience with Nursing Homes preferred.
