Job summary

Apploi is seeking a Social Services Director to lead and manage the social services team at our nursing home, ensuring resident well-being and high-quality support. You will oversee programs, collaborate with residents, families and clinical staff to develop individualized care plans, and provide counseling during transitions while maintaining regulatory compliance.

Applicants should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work and a New Jersey Social Worker license, with leadership and strong

• Social Worker license in New Jersey.
• Experience in long-term care or healthcare settings is a plus.
